Why Therapy?
Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about returning to wholeness. It’s an invitation to pause, listen, and meet yourself with compassion. Together, we explore the patterns that once protected you but may now be holding you back, and gently uncover what brings you closer to peace, meaning, and Allah.

I help people work through relational pain so they can feel more steady, more present, and more free in their lives. My approach is rooted in Gestalt, which means we pay attention to what is happening right now, how it shows up in your thoughts, emotions, and body, and what shifts when you try a different way of responding.
I also hold space for faith as part of the human experience, when it matters to you. Together, we explore how your inner world connects to your values, your fitrah, and your relationship with Allah, so growth feels not only psychological, but also spiritually aligned.

Not Sure Where to Begin Your Journey?
Let’s begin slowly, at a pace that feels safe for you.
Growth, after all, unfolds with intention and trust.
Step One: A First Connection
As you begin to feel more grounded and aligned, our sessions will gradually move to bi-weekly, and eventually monthly. This stage focuses on integrating what you’ve learned, nurturing your connection with yourself and Allah, and sustaining the changes you’ve made — so your growth continues beyond the therapy room.
Step Two: Exploring the Patterns
If we decide to move forward, we’ll begin with regular weekly sessions. Together, we’ll start uncovering the patterns that may no longer serve you — the thoughts, emotions, and habits that keep you feeling stuck — and gently learn new ways of relating to yourself, others, and Allah. This is where awareness deepens and transformation begins.
Step Three: Deepening and Integration
As you begin to feel more grounded and aligned, our sessions will gradually move to bi-weekly, and eventually monthly. This stage focuses on integrating what you’ve learned, nurturing your connection with yourself and Allah, and sustaining the changes you’ve made — so your growth continues beyond the therapy room.

Where We’ll Meet
If you’re in Beirut and long for the presence of a shared space, I welcome you to my clinic in Hamra, a calm corner where we can sit, reflect, and begin to make sense of what life is asking of you.
Online Sessions
For those further away, our sessions can unfold online through a secure and private video platform. Whether you join from across the city or across the world, our time together remains a sanctuary — a space to pause, realign, and return to yourself and to Allah, wherever you are.

An Integrated Approach
My work draws from a range of therapeutic traditions, weaving together what is most helpful for each person. My main training is in Gestalt and Islamic Integrated Therapy, in addition to couples therapy using the Gottman Method. Rather than following one path, I meet you where you are — integrating approaches that honor the whole of who you are: mind, body, heart, and soul.
My style
I work with people who feel weighed down by relational pain, anxiety, or old stories they keep living inside. My style is experiential and present focused, so we look closely at what happens in you, not just why it happens, and we practice different ways of responding that feel more true.
When faith is important to you, I hold an Islamic lens with care and honor, there is space for your values, your fitrah, and your connection with Allah, so you dont have to keep a big part of who you are outside the therapy door.
